Katawba Valley Land Trust is excited to announce their first speaker series presentation of 2026, featuring regional gourmet mushroom farmer, Hiram Ramirez!
Doors open at 6:45 PM for this FREE public event. You'll hear Hiram tell his story about how he got into the business of mushroom farming, his experiences, how he supplies top-rated restaurants in and around Charlotte with his gourmet mushrooms, and the benefits of his business.
