Middle School Readiness Group
Welcome to Therapy Resource Group's Middle School Readiness Groups! This group is designed to help students build important life skills by increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional wellness, and developing healthy relationships. Through engaging activities and discussions, students will boost their self-confidence, learn positive coping strategies, and practice skills that support personal growth and success in school and beyond. The parent support group provides parents with practical strategies to help their Middle School student with self-awareness, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and self-confidence, while strengthening communication and supporting their child’s social and emotional growth.
